The Way I See it # 275
When I wake up in the morning, I want to know that my family, friends and fans know what I believe in and what I’m all about. That’s what should be important.
-Robert Randolph
To laugh often and much;to win the respect of
intelligent people and the affection of children;to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends;to appeciate beauty; to find the best in others;to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is have succeeded.
-Ralph Waldo Emerson
Be who you are and say what
you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

Posted: Wednesday, 24 December 2008 6:15AM Man Finds Kidney Donor on Craigslist NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- It's his favorite Christmas present, a new kidney! For 69 year-old Dan Flood, he got his gift thanks to a kidney wanted ad his daughters posted on Craigslist.
"Every day is better than the day before," said Flood explaining that the donor was an anonymous woman from California. She found his ad, and now, Flood said, they are great friends.
"She already wants to come here again to celebrate our anniversary next year. I'd figure we could go to the Bahamas together," laughed Flood.
Cynthia, Flood's daughter said she is forever indebted to Craigslist. "Craig Newmark is amazing," she said. "I think the Web site itself opens up your eyes to other avenues."
The ad was first posted in August of 2007. Flood had his operation December 12th of this year.
